Watched for possible visibility of Raduga 33 during a low elevation pass (10 degrees maximum) between 22:01-22:17 UTC. Scanned between ~20 degrees and a few degrees from the horizon using slow up-down sweeps with 20x80 binoculars. Nothing seen except an airliner that made my heart bump for a second, untill I saw its navigation lights flashing. Next pass will be even lower for me, ~ 5 degrees. - Marco ------ Marco Langbroek Leiden, the Netherlands 52.15896 N, 4.48884 E (WGS 84) e-mail: meteorites@dmsweb.org website: http://home.wanadoo.nl/marco.langbroek weblog: http://home.wanadoo.nl/marco.langbroek/iss_log.html ------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
