    Latest USSTRATCOM decay estimate: 2004 May 06 at 06:25:00 UTC, 32.0 N, 59.3 W.
    
    Of my negative obs, I wrote:
    
    > I observed on 2004 May 06, between 04:33 UTC and 04:49 UTC, 
    > at azimuth 16 deg, elevation 9.6 deg. Limiting magnitude was about 6.
    
    The above elset reveals that the object passed my intercept point near 04:42:50
    UTC, and about 1.4 deg higher. This was well within my field of view.
    
    Clouds have been forming, but I hope to be able to observe my next pass, about 8
    min before the estimated time of decay.
