    Notes:
    -------

Whilst demonstrating my system to a vistor-Art Arnold from London,UK-
we spotted a bright satellite that does not appear in my current 11000
odd satellite element database. The above positions were obtained as it
crossed the field of view of the ccd camera. It appeared steady at about
magnitude +5. A rough calculation indicates an inclination of around
42 degrees, RA Node about 163 degrees, range ~6000 kms so standard
    magnitude around +0.9.

    Another unknown escapes.

    Cheers
    Greg
