STSS-ATRR is scheduled for launch from VAFB on 2009 May 05 between 20:24 UTC and
20:52 UTC, on a Delta II 7920 rocket, targeting a 900 km midnight
sun-synchronous orbit. Observers north of about 30 N will have evening
    visibility.

I have estimated the following search orbits, based on launch at the start of
    the window.

    STSS-ATRR 894 X 901 km
    1 71903U 09125.89209606 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 00
    2 71903 99.0480 223.7943 0005000 251.2460 108.8160 13.98160000 09

The payload and its 2nd stage will be visible from Europe in the above orbit,
when they exit eclipse about 21:37:30 UTC.

Shortly after its first pass of Europe, the 2nd stage will enter approximately
    this orbit:

    Delta II 2nd stage 179 X 899 km
    1 71950U 09125.95928221 .00247276 00000-0 30000-3 0 04
    2 71950 112.7800 216.2588 0519924 282.5289 71.8193 15.08518086 02

I am fairly confident of the accuracy of the payload's elements, less so of the
    rocket's 71950 elset.
