While Aimed at Cosmos 2319 ( 23653 ) to see how it was behaving, I noticed another satellite. It was Galaxy 9 ( 23877 ) and it was in flare mode. At 5:44 utc ( May 5 ) it's mag 8 range. Now to see, if I missed the best of the show. Info on the satellite http://www.skyrocket.de/space/doc_sdat/galaxy-1.htm Oh darn, look's like another geo sat, who's antenna can cause a nice light show. Never know, what I'll see, when observing.
