Sun crossing debris? Or, too large to be debris?

I might have captured something satellite related today in my
hydrogen-alpha solar video. But I am not certain.

Heavensat lists Cosmos 2251 DEB crossing the solar disk at my location
at the correct time 1644:37 UTC but I am wondering if what I have
captured is too large to be a chunk of debris?

I posted an animated .gif here: 3.4 MB ( Might take a moment to load
    the eleven image frames.)

The object is question crosses from screen right to left.

Any opinions as to whether this might be satellite phenomena welcome.
