      The question I had was:  (BTW wasn't another object launched about the same time from Vandenburg on a Minotaur IV lite, where is that one?).
    
      The answer is: at the bottom of the Pacific.  The Vandenberg launch of 4/22 was non-orbital. A successful test though.
