SBIRS GEO 1 is scheduled for launch from Cape Canaveral on an Atlas V-401, on 2011 May 06, between 18:14 UTC and 18:54
UTC.

The following elements are of the GTO (geosynchronous transfer orbit). The epoch corresponds to spacecraft separation,
assuming launch at 18:14 UTC.

The spacecraft's LAE (liquid apogee engine) will be fired six times over a 9 day period to reach geosynchronous orbit.
To my knowledge, the initial synchronous longitude has not been announced.
