Up to see grand conjunction, which was amazing in the dawn. Meanwhile, saw 3 unids I can't ID, all as I was finishing up with 37162. The first had 2 flashes before this, both 7th mag, but I waited to be sure it was real to get these 2 points at flash #3 and 4. Saw a dim unid going by below the flash area, and noted it, but then it was followed a la a NOSS pair, by a second unid through the same pair of stars. With a separation of about 10s, it seems NOSSy - but I don't see any predicted in the area. All of this reminded me of Kevin yesterday, and it is hard to get points in the brightening twilite, especially live. One other note: no luck with Nanosail D. 37375 11 010A 8336 G 20110511100415960 17 25 2028974-175162 27 S 37375 11 010A 8336 G 20110511100418960 17 25 2037245-165841 28 S 37375 11 010A 8336 G 20110511100422150 17 25 2045546-155224 38 S 37162 10 046A 8336 G 20110511102410840 17 25 2228475+000718 58 S 37162 10 046A 8336 G 20110511102420340 17 25 2221476-011979 48 S 37162 10 046A 8336 G 20110511102448650 17 25 2200746-055845 58 S 99888 99 888A 8336 G 20110511102523460 57 25 2200746-055845 58 F+080 10 99888 99 888A 8336 G 20110511102610840 57 25 2202769-062477 58 F 99889 99 889A 8336 G 20110511102630780 17 25 2208252-072070 68 S+070 10 99890 99 890A 8336 G 20110511102640130 17 25 2208875-072685 68 S+070 10 TULSA1: COSPAR 8336 +36.1397, -95.9838, 201m -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
