Note: Somewhat of an upheaval with designations.
I am convinced that the object that has been tracked as 13-02C
    (#39063)
is in fact 11-50B. Its revs/day is around 14.99 - higher than any
    other
13-02 object. I have labelled my observation at 00:29:17 U.T. as
    such.
This change leaves only 5 objects from the IGS 8 launch being
    tracked,
so I suspect that Scott Tilley's object (#99143) is the sixth object.
Therefore I have labelled my observations, at 01:20 U.T. as 1300200.
The night ended with a speedy unidentified object at 02:01 U.T. Phew!

    Total observations (2013): 1588
    best wishes,
    Russell Eberst
