OTV3 pass video: delay in the time of passage

    This morning I was able to capture the passage of OTV 3 at low altitude over
    the horizon (mag -3.6). But it seems it had a delay of about 13 seconds from
    the Heavensat forecast:

    Today at 23:32 UTC it will pass again with magnitude 2.2, if the clouds do
    not get in the way, I will try to make a new capture.
