Newest APT observed = today's proton launch

    I woke to see it was clear, instead of a cloudy sky they had predicted.
    
    I then went to check on tle's, and noticed the apt from today's proton launnch was available.
    
    So I aimed at where it was to pass, and watched it pass by. The earliest I have observed a apt from a proton launch.
