I blamed essaim 4, even if I had a problem with the orbit, the unid was shown to be higher in orbit.

One other obs

99999 99 999A 1775 G 20150529020513812 15 25 1450136+322913 37 S

So the obs

99999 99 999A 1775 G 20150529020407714 15 25 1453544+062446 37 S
99999 99 999A 1775 G 20150529020434106 15 25 1452249+154649 37 S
99999 99 999A 1775 G 20150529020513812 15 25 1450136+322913 37 S

Orbit, which nicely shows how I observed it pass.

May29unid 836 X 853 km
1 99998U 15149.08696542 0.00000094 00000-0 50000-4 0 05
2 99999 98.3417 212.7658 0011639 305.7948 97.8990 14.13320237 09

So 200 km higher up in orbit, then essaim 4.

DMSP satellite orbit that high up.
