This seems to be one of the NOSS 4 objects.

The last elsets for the three objects (E, F, H) are so
old that it is difficult to guess which object it is.

Here is my guess for the H object:

NOSS 4 (H)

A guess for either of the other two objects would be similar with perhaps
a slightly lower mean motion.

Of course the mean motion could be in error by 1 minute per day
or perhaps even more.
