These observations were made during a stay at the small village of Boenát, (com. 
Lalizolle), Auvergne, central France:

46.18242 N, 2.99427 E. 610 m ASL

site ID of 9953 is temporary (who is in charge of assigning site ID's now Pierre

Observations made under a very dark sky, using the SamYang 1.4/85mm lens and
exposures of 30 seconds. I might return and observe from this site in future years.

A not too bright UNID in GEO was observed north of PAN, and might perhaps be
ISON 144304.

I did not bother to measure unclassifieds - too many of them, often over 30 per
image. Only those very close to a classfd object were measured.

Vortex 4 (84-009A) and the MUOS 1 rk (12-009B) showed a clear brightness
variation, with up to two flashes per 30 seconds in the case of the MUOS 1 rk.
