Has now been confirmed that it didn't reach orbit.
Item on our news this morning where Peter Beck spoke about it. Full ink to
this later but should be available via  http://rnz.co.nz/news
I will be working towards seeing if we can get them to be more
communicative about propsed orbit next time round unless there are reasons
to classify it.
