44290 was a flare in SE; a few others near that spot brightened a bit but did not "flare". The others were all UNIDs, a real mystery until I let them go 10s late or more, and realized they were Starlinks. 

Upon reflection [ooohhh] they were near sun azimuth by then, so they do fit with the northwest model, and were brighter and more specular than the one in the SE. The time between the 2 M descriptions was very close to length of flare.
