Program xfrob will not execute

In the mailing list message #1040 yesterday, Bart announced
the availability of this program.
However, the version of this program that is available in the
archive is corrupted. I have sent Bart another copy.
Please do not retrieve or use the file "quicksat/xfrob.uu" until
Bart has replaced it. I do not know if the version at Neil's
site is also corrupted, but I think that it is very likely that
it is corrupted.
