Who observed 91- 59b, 92-12B or 92-20B last weeks?

[First: thanks to the numerous people that sends me info about the
shuttle elements mailing list].

91- 59 b, 92- 12 B and 92- 20 B had (small) sudden changes in mean motion
last week.

Sometimes these changes are correlated with accelerations in flashing
period.  (especially when these changes become larger, with has to be
observed in the coming days).

Try to observe the flashing behaviour of these rockets ASAP!
