Programs I use to sort elements or delete dups are STRIP, ORBITEL, and
ELEMAN.
The easiest way to update elements is with PASSUPDATE.

You know Phil, there are some tough jobs in life, but SOMEONE has to do them.

Is

Using an average from QS should be accurate enough. You can then use your
personal observations to make changes if desired.
