In light of the US government problems (various NASA web/gopher servers
are disappearing off the net) I shall endeavour to post a suitable elset
for the STS-74/Mir mission every so often. The latest elset I have is
always at

and

At the moment they are conducting noise emission tests throughout Mir.

The ISO project have announced the new launch date as Friday Nov 17th at
