As we discussed before the above Satellite is decaying (and slowly I 
might add), I am new to the prediction game, but I put decay of C* 398 
somewhere between January 17-31.... I used the above TLE to do my 
predictions... If anyone has found error in my prediction please correct 
me... Also I have found that the Satellit loses between .04 and .05 
Statute miles or about .065 km per orbit... Am I correct?
