C* 398 Decay

My apologies go out to Russell Eberst, I re-ran my calculations for the 
decay of Cosmos 398, and he was right, the decay should happen in late 
December, I put it somewhere between the 15th and the 25th... According 
to the latest data I have, I put actual re-entry over the Pacific 
somewhere... Anyone else have any opinions?
