Just the night before (11 Nov UTC, Tuesday evening local)
Mike McCants and I saw OAO 1 (a.k.a. 66-31A) flare to at
least +0 for at least 15 seconds or so; culmination was 65
alt. at 347 azi. at 0:36:41 UTC.
Location 30.314 N, 97.866 W, 280 m.
