The newest NASA forecast for the decay of MSTI 2 is absolutely wrong (too early).
Here the my last estimation based on the ELSET 98324.21036128 :
Nov 28, 08:00 UTC +/- 9 hours
19998-67B (Proton rocket body) will decayed on
Nov 26, 04:45 UTC +/- 12 hours
Good observation conditions for CONUS !
