Unless OIG pull another one out of the hat, the final elset for this is:
Zarya Proton r 163 x 130 km
1 25545U 98067B 98331.05313614 .13252735 12456-4 15724-3 0 474
2 25545 51.6023 131.1459 0025275 111.0061 249.2260 16.47460898 1105
This suggests that it was running 3 seconds early against my final pre-
decay prediction. I put decay three orbits later near the northbound
equator crossing at 20 deg W longitude at 05:37 UTC (November 27.23). It
may have survived long enough to reach the following southbound crossing
at 149 deg E at 06:21, but I have difficulty keeping it aloft until
Harro's decay time of 07:13 just following the next northbound crossing.
