Here are some more observations of the NOSS-type object
that Russell Eberst saw on 1998 November 15 and 16.  On
both occasions it was invisible (below mag +8.5) at an
elevation of 35 degrees in the north, and was barely
visible when setting in the NE, mag +8.5 steady.
