    Flashes appeared regularly (FP 2.5 seconds) and bright (mag 7 or 8)
    from 18:58 to 19:11 UTC. Over the next two minutes the magnitude of the
    flashes faded and after 19:13 most flashes were missing. Regular and
    bright flashes appeared again about 19:27 but clouds covered DSP 16
