Report time: 13:00 UTC 1966-034B (#02167) SCOUT RB At this moment there is no FINAL REPORT from SPACECOM. Their last message was the 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY prediction - prepared Nov 13, 08;51 UTC. 13 November, 10:40 UTC +/- 02 hours (15.1°S, 217.5°E) on a northbound pass over the Pacific. Surprisingly SPACECOM released an ELSET with an epoch 10:54 UTC and a MM of 16.644... !!! In the context of the preceding ELSETs it looks reliable. My analysis (MPM + REENTRY) shows now the decay on: 12 November, 11:13 UTC +/- 08 minutes (36.71°N, 24.63°E) on a descending pass over the Greek Islands N of Kreta.
