More november 28 observations

In IOD format      
23097 94 026A   8597 F 20001128130458800 27 25 0317300-664900 48 S+055 05       
23097 94 026A   8597 F 20001128131120100 27 25 0502250-091500 48 S+065 05       
24680 96 072A   8597 F 20001128132701400 27 25 2246000-510000 48 I+040 05       
96 72A had a glint to mag 0 or better, that lasted about 0.25 seconds,
just after the given position.
I have noticed it nearly always exihibits such behaviour
in that part of sky, just a little to east of beta grus
