on an ascending pass over the Pacific.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01311.866... - 01312.363...
    the decay on
        10 November, 07:43 UTC -/- 03 hours (61.5°S, 222.3°E)
on a northbound pass over the South Pacific.
All this figures all not too relevant. It too early for a reliable
prediction. This is a difficult decayer with an irregular structure. But
a larger "decay window" around this data shows some interesting
observation possibilities for the United States. Let us wait for another
day and for a more realistic prediction.
