    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Nov 25, 06:41 UTC - shows the
    decay on
          25 November, 06:19 UTC +/- 07 minutes (61.9°N, 350.6°E)
on a descending pass over the North Atlantic.

My final analysis with MPM+REENTRY and the ELSETs 01328.940... -
    01329.244... delivers the decay on
          25 November, 06:29 UTC +/- 11 minutes (07.35°N, 02.90°E)
on the same southbound pass over Benin (Africa).

The powerful geomagnetic storm decreased last night (UTC) very fast. The
reentry slipped - compared with our preceding prediction
    for about 60 minutes.
