    Terrific, except we have a front zone with rain and snow parked over us for
    at least +-1 day.
    
    On the Cosmos 1063 decay morning I woke up at 02:00 UTC and found the sky
    clear, but at Harro's predicted time it was cloudy again (also at the real
    time of the decay, an orbit later, but it was too far W anyway)
