1980-008A (#11682) Cosmos 1154 (Tselina D)

At this time SCC'S FINAL REPORT is overdue. Their 02 HOURS
BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Nov 04, 19:59 UTC - showed:
04 November, 22:14 UTC +/- 02 hours (57.8°N, 107.9°E)
descending over northeast Sibiria.

My preliminary final analysis delivers with the ELSETs
02308.538... - 02308.782... (SFX 177, ap 022) the decay on:
04 November, 22:16 UTC +/- 11 minutes (49.21°N, 111.26°E)
descending near the Russian / Mongolian border.
This agrees within one minute with my preceding 06 HOURS
BEFORE DECAY forecast.
