    Note: I estimated that this decayed northbound over the NW Pacific
    Ocean on the orbit after the one given by the final elset. However,
    there are observational reports of the decay a few minutes later over
    Washington and Oregon, USA, at ~14:15 UTC, in much closer agreement
    with predictions by SCC and Harro Zimmer.
