Please excuse this bit of an off-topic e-mail but I think that most people that have not seen the DMSP F16 nighttime visible imagery of the northeastern USA taken on Nov. 8 at 0042 UTC will certainly appreciate it. It shows the recent and magnificent aurora. If interested see the top image in the list at http://www.spaceweather.com/aurora/gallery_01nov04_page5.htm I can literally see the lights where I was at that time! Quite spectacular!!!!
