Hello everyone, I have just subscribed to this list for the first time, so let me extend a hello to everyone out there. I'm currently located in Sydney (Australia) where I intend to stay for another 3 years pending completion of my research work at UNSW. I'm involved with Antarctic Astrophysics, currently working on a satellite based site evaluation for the Antarctic plateau (South Pole, Dome C and Dome A) in regards to atmospheric transparency in a number of wavelengths as well as high altitude turbulence. It is through this work as well as my HRPT station here in Oz (http://www.ozabove.com) that I became interested in satellites about a year ago and began developing a satellite tracking software that has a bit more spiff to it than what is commonly out there (http://www.satwhere.com for more info). Now for the question I had: A number of weeks ago I came a across a website that featured amateur maintained elements for the DMSP and other military satellites, but now even with the help of google, I can't find that site for the life in me! Does anyone know about that site or where to fetch those "secret" elements?
