    During the same pass seen from here Leo the brightness increased 
    dramatically as the new radiator "switched on " like a headlight.
    
    I havnt seen any official figures for the intrinsic brightness of ISS since 
    the new components were added , but I would think overall magnitude must 
    have increased a little.
