    Lots more to report, but when I get to the 96XXX objects, I'm having a hard
    time using ObsReduce to generate reports. Also having to use Mike's "Rosetta
    Stone" to make sure there's not a classfd.tle object that is identified as a
    96XXX, for instance 27169 I tracked as 96013 (I thought it looked familiar).

    Ted, how do I get around putting in the Intl designation in ObsReduce? Can
    it read more than one elset, so I can marry the int96tles with classfd?

    Everyone, why do we have so many numbering schemes?

    I used Ted's excellent suggestion to track near-geos using ObsReduce ahead
    of the observation session, made it MUCH easier to find objects. Others seen
    (reports later) = 96081 [with 18951 flashing in the same field], and 96030
    [=18583 per MM].

    Failed to find 96051, 96023, 96064, 96075, 96082, 96025, 96015, 96061,
    96091, 96094, 96028. This is not too surprising, because I only gave each
    5-10 minutes to show or moved on.
