This recently launched Delta 2 rocket was seen travelling from about
Kochab (beta UMi) and within Draco's head,
in the same field of view as Vega (alpha Lyr) but a bit lower.
Using star SAO 30538 in Draco's head as reference star I noticed the
satellite was 1 second early w.r.t.prediction by Guide 8
using TLE with epoch 10311.6367. Estimated its magnitude +4.5. The
object was a little variable with a long period.
