Derek Breit, Steve Newcomb, Alberto Rango and Brad Young contributed observations used to determine the following element set. Here is an update of OTV 1-1's altitude history to-date: Per Apo km km 2010 Apr 22 - Aug 09 403 420 2010 Aug 09 - Oct 06 433 444 2010 Oct 06 - Nov 01 390 395 2010 Nov 01 - present 315 328 Total delta-V of the above three orbit changes is about 81 m/s. Orbit maintenance to-date is a small fraction of that. De-orbit from the present orbit would require about 90 m/s. Based on scant public information, I estimate that the total available delta-V at launch is at least 700 m/s, perhaps as high as 1100 m/s.
