    >From my past (and present) radio amateur activity, I remember there are stations broadcasting time signals on 5, 10, 15, 20 MHz.
    Audio signal consists of a bip every second plus a long one at the minute. 
    Of course you need a short wave receiver.
    The 10 MHz frequency is usually the best one to tune to.
