    NOTES:
    ------
    (1) NOSS 5 (A) [14112/83056A], (D) [14144/83056D] and (C)
[14143/83056C] as well as NOSS 7 (E) [16624/86014E] were early on
10 to 20 day old elsets.
    (2) The unknown 99035 was flashing with a 2.8s period. The
observations reported are of the 5 individual flashes. Fitting a
        circular orbit gives:

    1 99035U 12306.77803939 .00000000 00000-0 50000-4 0 06
    2 99035 63.9451 199.4321 0000000 0.0000 106.4669 14.34898578 04

This circular approximation seems to connect to an unknown that
Scott Tilley saw on August 1 (
    http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Aug-2012/0016.html).
More observations are needed to confirm this.

    Regards,
       Cees
