I have been working with the IASC for a while searching for Neo's as part of a team. For some reason, although they have usually avoided the Geo belt, I'm getting lots of images this campaign with what appeared to be satellite tracks as artifacts on the images. The FITS files are annotated with the time of observation and exposure time, so I'm assuming these would be useful to check for any satellites that were caught. I can integrate these images into Obsreduce if I remember correctly, or I can manually Measure the positions at the beginning and ending of trail. My question is to the group, does this seem worthwhile of the time involved?

Brad

Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone
