 Sure.  I'm not sure how well the orbit is modeled, so any observations would provide an interesting process check.  16:03:34 is the estimated eclipse exit time.

Would it be possible to provide adequate look angles and time from a
suitable Hawaii location for the re-entry?

Assume on time launch since the az/el should not change...just a later
time if the launch slips.
