14675 Vortex 4 was flashing to mag 4, p~48s Full FPAS on it and many more later. Annual <0:00 UT point taken on OTV-4 as it passed directly overhead, while several in neighborhood watched. Would've gotten sooner but binoculars were too cold to pan easily. NOSS 3-7 pair seen as flaring UNIDs at +1 mag.
