NOTES:
--------
(1) Did a plane scan for USA 186 which has not been observed for about
50 odd days. May have got two passes of it. The first pass Ive given
ident #10702 (Landsat 3) but if Landsat was running quite a bit-off
elements
only 1 day old so may have been misidentified and was in fact first
pass of USA 186? Conditions were not ideal ( cirrus) and it was rather
faint ( which is why I originally ignored it as being USA 186). The
observation reported as #28888 does not have a match in my database
and was running about 16 minutes late on the current elements.

(2) 99999 is bright steady object in approx 60 degree inclination orbit
and range about 2900 km observed and has no match. Probably one of
     the classified high eccentricity objects.

(3) Did not measure all the other objects imaged but idents confirmed-
     nothing exciting so not measured.

(4) Weather here is ****!!! Hot days and then cirrus or cloud comes in
at sunset. Plan to observe again in a few days as OTV4 making evening
passes shortly and of course keep track of USA 186

Cheers
Greg
