Soyuz MS-03 Luanch orbit estimations

A Soyuz-FG rocket is scheduled to launch the Soyuz MS-03 spacecraft this
thursday, 2016 november 17 at 20:20:13 UTC from Baikonur Cosmodrome:

In this flight NASA astronaut Peggy Witson, ESA Astronaut Tom Pesquet and
cosmonaut Oleg Novitskiy of Roscosmos will be launched to the ISS in the
classic two-day renzezvous trajectory.

This time, due to ISS's MA at launch the time the two first maneuvers of
the Soyuz MS-03 will be made on the third revolution, as points the above
TsUP page.

Just after launch, the initial orbit of the spacecraft and rocket's third
stage will be:

Next maneuvers data till reach the 400 Km altitude will be calculated based
on the real orbit after those two maneuvers. And hopely, the USPACECOM will
publish the first elsets soon after launch.

Northerm hemisphere will have dawn passes and southerm hemisphere will have
dusk passes. Both at latitudes around ~40N-S.
