Orbital ATK's Cygnus AO/CRS-8 is scheduled to be launched from Wallops on
Saturday (local) morning 11 November, 12:37 UT.

The predicted elset below is based on an end-of-first-revolution Cygnus CRS-5
elset from October 2016 and assumed launch on 11 November at 12:37:00 UT:

CYGNUS CRS-8
1 70000U 17999A 17315.58811800 -.00003576 11307-4 00000+0 0 01
2 70000 51.6083 022.6755 0106558 152.9424 316.2210 15.97650958 01

Based on the above elset, observers on the US West Coast, in western Canada and
Alaska have a viewable on-orbit pass opportunity in morning twilight around
14:05 - 14:12 UT.

Allow a minute or so leeway in the predictions.
