Updated Cygnus elset for launch tomorrow (Re: Cygnus AO/CRS-8 predicted elset)

The Orbital ATK Cygnus OA-8 launch earlier today was scrubbed and is now
rescheduled for tomorrow at 12:14:52 UT.

Below is a new estimated elset for the first orbit, for launch on 12 Nov 2017 at
12:14:52 UT:

The US West Coast, west Canada and Alaska have a visible pass in morning
